I've sat on both sides of the table.

As an experienced interviewer with 500+ interviews conducted and 2,000+ resumes reviewed, I've seen what works and what gets instantly discarded. Most career advice is written by people who've never hired anyone. Mine isn't.

I've helped professionals across industries — from fresh graduates to senior leaders — craft their stories, sharpen their positioning, and land roles they genuinely wanted. I've also guided several people through promotions and career pivots.

Common Questions

Use a clean single-column layout, include keywords from the job description naturally, avoid images and tables, and use standard section headings like Experience, Education, and Skills. The goal is readability — for both the machine and the human who follows.
For most professionals with under 10 years of experience, one page is ideal. Senior professionals with 10+ years can use two pages. Never exceed two pages unless you're in academia or a highly technical field with extensive publications.
Start with a strong headline — not just your job title. Write a compelling About section in first person. Add quantified achievements under each role. Stay active by engaging with relevant content. Recruiters search LinkedIn like a database, so keywords in your profile matter enormously.
Research the company and role thoroughly. Prepare STAR-format answers for the 10 most common behavioural questions. Practice out loud — not in your head. Prepare 3–5 thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer. And do a mock interview with someone who'll give you honest feedback.
It depends entirely on your role and industry. Jobs involving repetitive, rules-based tasks face higher risk. Roles requiring creativity, emotional intelligence, leadership, and complex judgment are far more resilient. Take the free AI Job Risk Assessment above to find your personal risk score and action plan.
Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days for a full resume rewrite, and 2–3 days for a LinkedIn optimisation. Need it faster? Reach out before purchasing and I'll do my best to accommodate.
